We host private events at our store! Here's what we offer at Chibi Claws:

We have three packages you can choose from. You'd be reserving the entire store to yourself as a private event. Reservations are available only up until 30 minutes before or after our regular business hours. You can reference our store hours here:

Tuesday - 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Saturday - 12:00 PM - 12:00 AM

All packages will include a free Birthday Capybara Plushie. Reservations start at 1 hour. Any extra hour thereafter is +$50 per hour capped off at 30 minutes before our regular business hours as stated above. If you plan on reserving our space before opening hours, you may choose to stay until the store opens, however, all personal items must be packed up and the space cleared before we begin allowing public entry. A $50 fee will apply if this is not completed in a timely manner.

Our first package is $300 and will include 200 coins.

Our second package is $400 and will include 300 coins.

Our final package is $500 and includes 500 coins.

These prices reflect the total cost of the reservation.

Keep in mind you can still purchase coins at our normal rates while in the store on the day of the party.

The deposit is going to be 50% of the package price + $50 per extra hour you want to reserve. You will need to come into the store to pay. We accept cash or card. The deposit is to secure the date. We'll put your name, email, hours reserved, and the date down in our system. We will need an estimated total headcount, but for the most part we should be able to accommodate large groups.

You have a grace period of 1 week prior to the date of the event to cancel for a full refund. Cancellations or changes in hours reserved within the week of the event date will forfeit your deposit.

If the date you choose to reserve on is a holiday then we charge an extra flat fee of $100.

We offer in-store fundraising opportunities!

Requests must be submitted at least one month in advance. Each fundraiser runs for one week at one store location.

Your club or organization is responsible for creating a family-friendly flyer and submitting a draft to us for final approval. The final approved version must be completed at least one week before the fundraiser begins.

Promotion of the fundraiser is the responsibility of your organization.

At the end of your event campaign, 10% of all coin purchases made by customers who present your event flyer (digital or printed) at checkout will be donated to your club or organization.

Fundraiser Eligibility

Chibi Claws fundraisers are available to organized community groups, including schools, school clubs, athletic teams, youth organizations, and nonprofit organizations.

Fundraisers must benefit an established organization or program and must be submitted by an authorized representative, such as an advisor, coach, teacher, officer, or organization leader.

Individual fundraising efforts, personal causes, and private fundraising campaigns are not eligible.

We reserve the right to approve or decline any fundraiser request at our discretion.
